PS Sorry I missed Jack's reflux posts -- Iris had reflux when she was a babe; she spit up more, though. It was rotten. Inclining her when she slept really really helped. I bought one of those foam wedge things they say never to let your baby sleep on, and I really think it saved her life -- well, at least her sleep.
