The Littlest Princess

The littlest princess was all tuckered out
From a hard day of playing and running about.
She played at the park, where she bumped her wee nose,
She ransacked the toy room, dressed in all the fun clothes.
And when our dear princess had had quite enough
Of reading and running and playing with stuff,
She covered her sweet little face with her hair
And fell fast asleep, on the dining room chair.

Sleep well, Little Princess. Tomorrow we'll play.
Tomorrow we'll have one more just-as-fun day.
Tonight let your dreams take you, follow them, roam,
And you'll wake bright and early again in your home.

I have never in my life seen anything like that... if only I could fall asleep that hard! I'd give just about anything. It would help to be young and not have a bladder the size of a peanut!

OMG, could those curls be any more precious?!

You know, I could probably fall asleep like that, but I would be a broken heap of body parts for the rest of the week!

That is probably the funniest set of pictures I've seen all week. It's also going to ROCK when she's old enough to understand how funny that is, and you have photos to prove it!

Plus, I love the poem! *HUG*

It was great meeting you at BlogHer. I'm just now starting to add some of the blogs from these business cards. (Your card is terrific, BTW.) Anyway, I look forward to poking around in here. If you decide to poke around on my blog, I would love it if you would start at this post: http://www.halfpastkissintime.com/2009/07/be-bright-pink-giveaway.html
