Bail ME Out

Hey George W. - We've made some bad financial decisions over the last several years, too.  It happens, in spite of our best intentions.  And we've got a leaking roof and a dog that needs expensive surgery and bills to pay...  Can I get a no-strings-attached check for the $8000-$20000 of my family's money that you are planning to give to Wall Street?  That would really help.  Kthxbai!

I'm with you, friend. I hate that all of the sudden there is a "financial crisis." I can't help but think about all of my late-bills from the last six months.

(Including this parking ticket that I need to write a check for...)

Well, the Presidents two main powers are the ability to veto and to choose the supreme court. So...why dont you complain to the (majority dem.) house and senate about our woes. Tell congress to keep a tighter grip on the financial institutions (banks).

Maybe you need to educate your self a little before you make "off the cuff statements".

P.S. In case you did not know, the President cannot control fule cost either.

Bush's campaign slogan should have been "Poor Spellers of the World - UNTIE!"

Great minds, etc.

Love & kisses,
Amy

Wow.
Do I feel the love here! Hey anonymous, if you'd like some partisan entertainment, you should check out my blog, too! Amy, seems like just another republican with an opinion but no face... or accountability.

Funny, it was the democrats who didn't want to take a stand 3 years ago when the Republicans said that there was going to be a financial crisis if something wasn't done ASAP. So don't try to act as if it was all the Republicans and President Bush who got us here. You democrats need to take a long hard look at yourselves--don't throw stones if you live in a glass house...

Really, you're going to bring up fuel prices, anonymous? I believe that a president who gives false information about a dictators involvement in terrorism and therefore sets off upheaval in the same area tht we get our oil from we might just have a bone or two to pick with said president.

I can't find any information to support the claim that anyone was sounding alarms in 2005 in any official capacity, either. Even so, they're all elected and do not represent each of us, they represent all of us.

The system is flawed but we're so deep in it that it won't be fixed anytime soon. We all live in a glass house, at least those of us whom the economy has not forced out of said houses and jobs.

Oh, Amy, I'm so HAPPY for you! You know you've really "arrived" in blogger world when you start getting trolls commenting on your posts.

I could just squeal and hop up and down, all girly-like and stuff!

Takes a troll to know a troll, huh?

Oh, and take a look at Fox News, fair and balanced.

Goodness, gracious, great balls of fire. Opinions, opinions! Our opinions don't get us into trouble it's the way we say(type)them that does....
